The retailer of the Powerworks product may offer a prolonged warranty period. In these cases are the retailer alone responsible for the warranty outside the manufacturer warranty period.
In order to claim for manufacturer warranty you must bring the product to the point of purchase. If you purchased your product online, contact your online store for instructions.
- You will need the proof of purchase (receipt)
- Make sure that the product is clean and easy to handle
- Normally the repair time is 10 working days. However, depending on season and type of fault may the repair time vary.
